Joy Comes in the Morning
God's goal for each of us who know Him is that we experience joy. Sometimes, He is angry with us. Other times we weep over the hurt in our hearts. However, once we have favor with the Lord, because we have surrendered to Him as Lord of our lives, He brings us to joy as soon as possible.(Psalm 30:5)
As believers, we can get our focus on the wrong things. We can even get upset with God when things don't go our way. How childish is that! We can magnify the sadness of life, and miss the reality of what it means to know the Lord. Think about it. If you have favor with God, what can really go wrong in your life? You have a relationship with the Creator of the universe, and He loves you dearly. Also, He gives you deep abiding joy through all of life. Therefore, each day when we wake up and start a new day, here comes the joy right back again. If you don't experience God's joy like this on a daily basis, something is terribly wrong in your life.
