Being a Person of Integrity

Tonight we explored the value of integrity. It is the most important value for building a strong foundation for our lives and families. Without integrity we will never have all that the Lord intends for us to have in life. The lack of integrity destroys relationships and causes us to fail in our business and financial dealings.

How much integrity do you have? Do you have a problem with lying or shading the truth? Do you tell half truths? Do you fail to keep your promises or fulfill your contracts? All of these things are signs of a lack of integrity.

Remember, Jesus told us that He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. It is always wrong for us to deal falsely. Once we are saved, we are to grow to be more and more like Jesus, the Truth. Therefore, we must not only tell the truth but live by the truth. That is integrity.

Tomorrow, I intend to read Isaiah 26-27 and Philippians 2.
