God's Timing

 I think we have all marveled at how God can make things work out at just the right time. In fact, when we are trusting the Lord and trying to do His will, we see this happen all of the time. With God there are no "coincidences." God works out everything to accomplish His perfect will.

Elisha's servant, Gehazi, had one of these incidents. (II Kings 8:5) He was telling the king about the time Elisha had brought a boy back to life. At that very moment, the mother of the boy walked into the room to make an appeal to the king for her house and land. Gehazi was excited to introduce the king to the very boy that Elisha had brought back to life and his mother.

God is intimately involved in the lives of every person in this world. He is not aloof and set apart. He is love. He cares for every one of us. He desires for all to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. Therefore, God is always working to see that happen.

In God's timing He brings the right people together to do Hs will, to be His witnesses, and to share the truth at the right time. God makes sure that all of us have the facts presented to us, so we can make the decision to trust Jesus as our Lord and Savior. Just think back over your life and all of the times that things happened at just the right time to show you the truth. I pray you saw what God was doing and decided to follow Jesus.
