The Lamb Will Overcome Them
At the end of the seven years of the Tribulation the Antichrist and the kings who support him will gather their huge army to Armageddon to fight against Israel. Jesus, the Lamb of God, will return with His saints at that moment, and He will overcome all of those forces, because He is the Lord of lords and the King of kings, too. (Revelation 17:14) What a glorious time it will be for those of us who know Him to witness such a stunning victory over the forces of evil.
Many people have the wrong concept of Jesus. They think of Him as a weakling who died on the cross for our sins. They have not read what the rest of the Bible says about Him. He arose victorious over death, hell, Satan, and the grave. Now, He is seated at the right hand of the Father, awaiting the command to return to this earth to reign. He will come the second time as the King to reign from David's throne in Jerusalem. There is no one able to overcome the Lamb.
When He returns, all of His saints will return with Him, because we will have been raptured out of this world to go to heaven for our Judgment time and the Marriage feast of the Lamb, since the church is the Bride of Christ. Then, we will come behind Him to this earth, as He rides on the white horse to lead the forces of heaven against the evil forces. We are the chosen and faithful. When God looked down through time to see that we would be faithful to trust Jesus with our lives, He chose us to be His adopted children. I am looking forward to that day when I see the Lamb overcome His enemies.
Tomorrow, I intend to read Revelation 18-20.
