Fully Satisfied by Jesus

 Isn't it a great feeling to eat a wonderful meal and to be full of all the good food? There is a sense of hunger that God has put in us, so we will eat and be healthy. When the hunger pangs hit, we start looking for the right food to satisfy that hunger. We have a spiritual hunger in all of us that works a lot the same way.

Jesus spoke to His disciples and the people about how to have their spiritual hunger cravings met. (John 6:35) He told them, "I an the Bread of Life. Whoever comes to me will never be hungry again. Whoever believes in Me will never be thirsty." That is what Jesus told the woman at the well, and it is still true today.

It has been said that there is a "God-sized void" in every human heart, and the only thing that will fill that void is knowing Jesus. He is the bread of life. Bread was the staple food of His day. People ate it every day. It represented all they needed to live and have their hunger satisfied. He was asking them to come to Him to be satisfied spiritually.

Have you come to know Jesus and His satisfaction? There is nothing like it! It is so great to be able to live each day in peace and real contentment. It is fantastic to be able to know that we have everything we need in Him. That is the life that God wants for each of us, but you have to choose to trust Him.
