King of Kings and Lord of Lords

At the end of the seven years of the Tribulation time Jesus will return to the earth to reign from His throne in Jerusalem. He will come on a white horse. He will be called Faithful and True. He will come to judge and to make war with justice. The armies of heaven, which is all of us, as believers, will follow Him on white horses, dressed in pure white linen. Jesus will have a name written on His robe and on His thigh, so that everyone standing around Him will be able to see it clearly: King of Kings and Lord of Lords. (Revelation 19:11, 14, 16) This will be a glorious processional for Jesus to end the battle of Armageddon with the Sword of His mouth, the Word of God, and to set up His earthly kingdom for the 1,000 years we call the Millennium. This scene should inform the whole world about the true identity of Jesus.

Jesus is totally righteous, as seen by His white horse and His white robe. He is always faithful, and He is always true. He never deals in unfaithfulness or falsehood. He is totally dependable. He is the Perfect Judge of all mankind, because He is God who became a man, so He has experienced life as we know it. His name shows us that He is the Ultimate Authority in the universe. He is above all the kings and leaders of this world. He is Lord over every lord. There is no one who approaches His wisdom and greatness, so we all need to bow before Him and follow Him wherever He will lead us. He should be the Lord of our lives 24/7. Then and only then, are we rightly related to all that is faithful and true.
