Filled with God's Glory
Once the Lord showed Ezekiel that the Millennial Temple was finished being built, He caught him up to show him something amazing. Just like God's glory filled the temples in the Old Testament times, Ezekiel saw the glory of the Lord filling this future temple. (Ezekiel 43:5) He could not describe it fully, but we know that God's glory showed His presence to all who entered the temple. They could sense His powerful presence, even though they could not see Him. I believe there is a parallel truth for us, as believers, today.
Today, the body of every Christ follower is the temple of the Holy Spirit. (I Corinthians 6:19,20) If we know Christ, the Holy Spirit is in us. His glory should fill us so fully that others can always sense the presence of God when they are near us. We should glorify God in all we do by allowing His glory to flow through us to those around us. They should be able to see the difference the Spirit of God makes in our life. Then, they can know God is real, and they need to know Him, so they can experience His glory, as well. This is my prayer for every one of us who know Jesus as our Lord and Savior. Let's shine forth His glory today.

Tomorrow, I intend to read Ezekiel 46-48.
