Declaring God's Wondrous Works
God begins teaching us when we are young, if we will just listen to Him. Then, as we learn and grow we see His wondrous works in our lives and in the world around us. This continues all of our lives, as we are sensitive to the Lord. I pray that we will all ask the Lord, as the psalmist did, to allow us to keep sharing in our old age until everyone has heard of His strength and power. (Psalm 71:17,18) This is the least we can do for the Lord and His kingdom.
God proves Himself to us over and over again. Are we holding in the testimony of what He has done for us, or are we telling it to others every chance we get? Our lives should be lived to give Him the glory for everything that happens. We should be intentional about sharing how God has done great things for us. That is a powerful witness to a world that may doubt the Bible, but they can't doubt our personal accounts of the Living God. Let's be faithful to declare His wondrous works, and we will see what God can do to use that to bring others to Christ.
Tomorrow, I intend to read Psalm 72-74.
