A Vision of Heaven
I hope you have a correct vision of heaven. That kind of vision will keep you living well here, and it will give you the most glorious hope anyone can have. John was given a vision of heaven that is for all of us.(Revelation 7:9,10) Please, allow me to share just a little about it, and maybe, it will stick in your mind and heart as it has in mine.
Heaven will be filled with people of all kinds. God loves all people, and He has made a way for all people to know Christ, so when we get to heaven, we will be there with people from all around the world. This shows me there is no room for prejudice or bigotry here on earth.
Heaven is a place of righteousness. There is no sin in heaven. Therefore, we all will be standing before the throne and before the Lamb, Jesus, in white robes. That shows we have been fully washed from our sins. What a glorious reality. Eternity with no sin in the presence of the Lord.
We will worship with our hands and our voices, and anything we can wave at Him like palm branches, so we can bring attention to our God and our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We will worship loudly and proclaim that salvation only comes from God through Jesus and what He did for us on the cross.
Now, let's live like that here, and let's have a longing to be there until we get there. That will bring purity and righteousness to our lives because we are living with the correct vision of heaven.
Tomorrow, I intend to read Revelation 9-12.
