It Is Really Pretty Simple
Life is not too complicated. God has made it pretty simple. Now, I didn't say easy, but simple. Jesus told us the key to being blessed.(Luke 11:28) Hear the Word of God and keep it. There you have it. Alright, if that is it, will you do it?
I was reading a book this week that told of a dynamic group of Christians at a college. They had just been saved, and they were seeing many others come to Christ, and they were even seeing miracles when they prayed. What was their plan? They simply read the Word of God and did what it said, nothing more and nothing less. I believe that is what Jesus was telling the people of His day, and it is what He is telling us. The only question is: will we do it?
Tomorrow, I intend to read Luke 12-14.
