Is Anything Too Hard For The Lord?
As believers, we must answer this question in the right way, or God will not be able to use us as He desires. Is anything too hard for the Lord? (Genesis 18:14) Of course, the correct answer is no. God can cause a 100 year old man, Abraham, to have a baby with his 90 year old wife, Sarah. God can cause a virgin named Mary to have a baby by the power of the Holy Spirit, so that the baby is the God/Man, Jesus Christ. God can do anything.
Some believers do not believe this, though. They are constantly saying, "I can't do that." If we ever say that, we do believe that some things are too hard for the Lord. We are saying that He can't lead us and help us do His will. That is absurd, but it happens all the time.
Please, do not limit what God can do in your life. Believe that nothing is too hard for Him. Trust Him to do in you what you can't do yourself. Then, do it. That is the Christian life. We can't live it, but nothing is too hard for the Lord. Therefore, we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.
