Give Thanks to the Lord!
There is a common refrain in Psalm 107, which should be the common refrain of every believer.(Psalm 107:8,9) Our lives should be characterized by thankfulness. We should be quick to share our experiences of being satisfied by His goodness.
Take a moment this morning to think of all of His goodness and His wonderful works. Consider how He satisfied your longing soul and filled your hungry soul. Then, make it a point to thank Him privately, as well as telling others with whom you come in contact.
Let's make this a way of life every day. Just think of the testimony that will be to believers and unbelievers alike. Think of the glory it will bring to the Lord.
Tomorrow, I intend to read Psalms 111-114.
