God Sends The Fire
Elijah had the perfect showdown to prove the true God. The prophets of Baal could try to get Baal to send fire to consume their sacrifice. If Baal answered, he was God. Of course, Baal is no god, so no fire. The God of Israel sent the fire, so all the people knew He was God. How often has God sent the fire for you? He will if you trust him for evrything.
