Don't Curse Your Rulers
It doesn't make sense for Christians to curse our rulers. In fact, God commands us not to do so.(Exodus 22:28) Think about it. We are to love our enemies and pray for them. How is it right to curse our rulers? If all we do is complain about them, and we don't pray for them, how are we helping ourselves or our country?
We can disagree with any ruler of our country. We can express our views. However, what do non-Christians think when they hear us slander and curse our rulers? I believe even non-Christians know that we are not acting like Jesus would have us to act. Let's pray for them, instead. Let's pray for God to bless our country. After all, He ordains all of the rulers, and He can change any heart or any country.
