Simply Walking With God
Simple is good. We may have complex problems in life, but the solution is simple. Walk with God.(Micah 6:8) There is no catch. Do the right things, as He has shown us. Be merciful to all, as He has been to us. Be humble, because He is God, and we aren't. Then, just live life with Him in the center of all we do every moment of every day. That is all He asks.
It is really not that much to ask, because He gave His all for us. He left Heaven for us to become a man and to pay for our sins by dying the worst death possible on the cross. All day long He is there for us, and there is nowhere we could ever go to get away from Him, because of His great love for us. He is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. He wants us to have an abundant life. What more could we ask for? I think we should just give up doing it our way, and simply walk with Him.
Tomorrow, I intend to read Nahum 1-3.
