God's Plans Worked with Perfect Faithfulness
Isaiah praised the Lord, because he saw that God worked wonders and those wonders were planned far in advance, and they were carried out with perfect faithfulness. (Isaiah 25:1) That is a fantastic combination of advance planning and perfect execution. God is so good to think of everything, and then to be perfectly faithful to Himself, to us, and to the truth in all that He does. Let's think about it.
God is an Orderly Person. He plans everything. Nothing is done on the spur of the moment, because He knows what will happen in advance. Therefore, when He sees in advance, He can plan long before He carries out His work. His works are wonderful and even miraculous, because of His power and planning. He never does anything that is wrong. Therefore, all of His wonders are done in perfect faithfulness, in that He is true to Himself. He is righteous, so He acts in righteousness. He never cuts corners or shades the truth. All He does is completed in such a way that anyone can see His faithfulness.
We need to be like God in this way. We need to plan in advance, as He gives us His vision, and then carry out our plans in faithfulness to the Lord. Then, we can even see miracles, when He deems fit to work in us and through us in His power.
Tomorrow, I intend to read Isaiah 26-29
