Almost and Altogether such as I Am

Is it your desire that everyone around you have the same relationship with God that you have? That was Paul's desire.(Acts 26:28,29) In fact, it was a burning passion in his life, because he knew he had found the only Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and he was walking with Him in love, joy, peace, and hope every day. What a life!

When Paul witnessed to King Agrippa, he gave him his salvation story, which he loved to tell to others, because all people need to meet the Lord Jesus. When he spoke to Felix, the Roman governor, he discussed righteousness, self-control, and the judgment to come.(Acts 24:25) He was trying to get him to see how great his life could be, if he would trust Christ. Paul was excited to lead people to what he had found. The same should be true of all of us, and if it is not, the problem is with us, not God.

I have a theory. Many people do not tell others about Jesus, because they do not have assurance of their own salvation, and/or they do not have a close daily walk with Him. I urge you today, to make sure you know Christ and to make the commitment to live for Him 100% each day. Then, you can live such a life that you will desire for all who hear you to be almost and altogether such as you are.

Tomorrow, I intend to read Acts 27-28 and Romans 1.
