Wedding Bells
Today was the rehearsal day for the wedding tomorrow. It has been pretty busy getting all of the final details done, but everything is finally coming together. Dixie picked out a very meaningful ceremony. Stacy has been working like a Trojan to get his house done. The family is helping with the decorating and logistics of it all. I just want tomorrow to be a very special day for Dixie and Stacy.
At the rehearsal this evening Jacob was having a hard time, so he was not wanting to cooperate. Kade and Avenly did well, but it is difficult for any child to get through a ceremony with patience. Hopefully, tomorrow they can all be ready to participate in the wedding.
I have been praying for this day to come almost every day since Dixie was born. I count it a huge blessing that God has answered my prayers. I know Dixie and Stacy have been praying for a while, too. Now, we are on the home stretch. God has brought them together. Tomorrow, we will have a new family formed. What a blessing!
