Walking or Stumbling

I wonder how we are doing in our "Daily walk." No, I do not mean our daily walk for exercise. I mean our daily walk with the Lord. How is that going? I pray that things are going very well, and we all have a smooth walk that brings us much peace and contentment. However, I am fairly sure that some of us are stumbling in our daily walk with the Lord. Things are very rocky, instead of going well. Hosea gave us a great insight into the key for having a smooth daily walk instead of stumbling through life. (Hosea 14:9) I hope this lesson will help helpful for all of us.

If we are wise, we will understand the ways of the Lord. If we are insightful, we will recognize them easily. All believers can be wise, if we just ask for His wisdom. He will give us plenty. (James 1:5) All we have to do is be very focused on doing His will when we ask. We can all have great insights from the Lord, because the Spirit is in us to illuminate His truth for us. Therefore, we have what we need to know and understand the ways of the Lord. The question is: "Are we walking in them every day?" Are we really living out each day what we know to be the ways of God? When we walk in His ways, things go right. When we fail to do things His way, we stumble through life. We must not be rebellious and think our ways are better than God's ways. We must simply learn His ways, submit to Him, and do them each day.
