I Love A Good Party
This evening we closed out our revival services with Phil Covone. Phil gave his testimony in a powerful way as an evangelistic appeal. The Lord moved in the hearts of those who were there, and several prayed to receive Christ as Lord and Savior, and others came to consecrate their lives anew to Him. It was a great service.
The best thing was the party it caused in Heaven. I love to think of the rejoicing before the throne of God for those precious souls and many others around the world coming to Christ today. Just think about the joy it brings to the heart of Jesus when He sees people of all ages and ethnic groups surrendering to Him as Lord. He experiences that joy all of the time, because people are coming to Him around the globe day and night. Let's do our part to bring more people to Jesus and give Him a reason for a party in Heaven.
Tomorrow, I intend to read I Kings 2-4.
