Proclaim God's Majesty and Honor the Lord
God's patience with this world will grow thin, and one day He will pour out His judgment upon the whole earth. Isaiah delivered this prophecy in chapter 24. It is a vivid picture of how God will shake the earth. I think it is describing the Tribulation time before Christ returns to reign in Jerusalem. During this disastrous judgment some people will figure out that it is all coming from the Lord God of Israel. They will begin to proclaim the majesty of the Lord and call for people to honor God, even in the midst of such a terrible situation. (Isaiah 24:14,15) If we look around today, we will see that things are getting pretty bad now. I think we should go ahead now and do what they will be doing then.
How often do we proclaim the majesty of the Lord? Yes, I know we do it when we sing praises to Him in our worship services. However, I am thinking about how often we do this in our daily conversations, especially with people who may not know the Lord. Wouldn't that be a great testimony for them? We need to remember that most people today have no idea who God is and how majestic He is. We need to proclaim His power, His grace, His holiness, and His love, so all can come to know Him. Then, we need to honor the Lord in how we act and in all we do. We honor Him by living like Jesus lived and loving others as He loves all of us. We honor Him as we remind others of His sacrificial death, his burial, and His glorious resurrection for our salvation. I pray that we will take every opportunity to proclaim the majesty of the Lord and honor Him before it is eternally too late for others to turn to Jesus.

Tomorrow, I intend to read Isaiah 25-27.
