The Marriage of the Lamb
One day the greatest celebration of all time will take place in heaven. The Bride of Christ, the church, which consists of all people who have ever trusted the Lord for their eternal salvation, will rejoice in the fact that they will live in a perfect relationship with Him for eternity in heaven.(Revelation 19:7) It will be the consummation of the relationship that started the day we came to know Him by grace through faith. That day, we were saved from the effects of sin, as we live in the Spirit here, we are saved from the power of sin, but then, we will be saved from even the presence of sin. We will live in a perfect love relationship with our Lord forever!
Blessed are the ones who are part of the marriage of the Lamb. Please, make sure you have made yourself ready. There is no one who can do it for you. Each of us has to make the choice to trust Jesus as Lord and to live for Him, so that we look forward with confident hope for the day of the marriage of the Lamb. Jesus did His part perfectly when He gave Himself for us. We have to give ourselves to Him once and for all.
