Solomon's Temple

Solomon is famous for building a spectacular temple in Jerusalem for the worship of the One True God.(II Chronicles 2:4) He made it in such a way that it reflected the greatness of God. It was the only place that the sacrifices could ever be done. It was the center of all the worship of the God of Israel. The Temple in Jerusalem was destroyed for the final time in AD 70 by the Romans. It has not been rebuilt yet. One day it will be rebuilt, and Christ will reign from there for 1,000 years. We as believers will reign with Him. I am looking forward to that day Tomorrow, I intend to read II Chronicles 5-7.
