God's Way is Perfect
We live in a very imperfect world. We are all imperfect people. Not very many people even strive for perfection, and even those who do, fall very short. All of these factors make it difficult for us to conceive of perfection or anyone being perfect. I believe that is why it is easy for us to argue with God and to get upset with Him when things don't go well for us. However, God's way is perfect. We need to accept that fact.
David was not perfect, as I have said many times. His sins were many and grievous. However, he did know the Lord, and he had trusted the Lord for the forgiveness of his sins. (II Samuel 22:31) God inspired David to proclaim that God's way is perfect, His Word is proven, and He is a shield to all who trust Him. These truths should bring great comfort to all of us who know the Lord.
We can't see the future, and we can't see what is going on in the minds and hearts of other people, but God can see all of that and much more. He plans His ways and the ways He has for us based on His perfect knowledge, so we can trust that all of His ways are perfect. There is no flaw in anything God does. We all need to stop disputing with Him and accept His way with joy, even if we don't understand it.
Also, we need to look at the evidence for His Word being true and perfect. It is proven by many factors such a prophecies and archeology. What the Bible says is truth without any mixture of error, and that fact has been proven over and over again. His Word assures us that God is a shield for all who trust in Him. We just have to decide if we are going to trust in the Perfect God, His Perfect ways, and His proven Word.
