Choose to Rejoice in the Lord
All believers have a choice. We can rejoice in the Lord, or we can be negative. We can give a good witness to others or a bad witness. We can choose to remember all the benefits of knowing the Lord, or we can focus on our problems. God wants us to always choose to rejoice and to express our joy loudly to everyone for His glory.(Psalm 5:11)
Why would we not have joy and rejoice? We have put our trust in the Lord of all. He defends us constantly. We love Him who first loved us and gave Himself for us. What more should we want? Let's decide to show people the greatness of God today, instead of showing the negative side of everything. Let's attract people to know the Lord by our joy. Let's not push them away with our complaining.
Tomorrow, I intend to read Psalms 6-8.
