Everyone will Appear before Christ

We will all appear before Jesus one day, those who believe in Him and those who don't. He will be our Judge on that day. It could be a very good day for us, or it could be a very bad day. We are the only ones who can determine what kind of Judgment Day that will be. Paul made all of this very clear. (II Corinthians 5:10) It could come very soon. It could come later. However, it is coming regardless of our condition. It is then Jesus will give us what is coming to us as a result of our actions. It could be good or bad, based on what we have done in our life. How to you think this Day will go for you?

The Judgment Day before Jesus is not associated with our salvation. We will appear before Jesus after we die, so we will be either lost or saved based on our relationship with Jesus. That is settled the moment our heart stops beating. However, we will appear before Jesus so He can go over our life, what we have done. He will point out if we were faithful to do His will or not. If we have been faithful to obey Him and do it in the power of His Spirit, what we receive will be good. If we have failed to obey or done it in the wrong spirit, we will receive a bad result. I believe that disappointing Jesus will break the hearts of those who know Him. I believe that seeing all of the chances to trust the Lord and obey Him will break the hearts of those who don't know Him. They will see that He is just to send them to Hell for eternity. I pray we will all be ready for that Day by trusting Jesus as Lord and Savior, as well as, living a faithful life led by His Spirit.
